Also included in the manual was our itinerary for the week. Breakfast is served between 5:30 and 6:30 in the hotel. Buses start taking us to the work site at 6:30 and the work day begins at 8:00. Hmmm ... a slight departure from my pleasant walk in the park with my dog at 7:45, followed by a luscious homemade latte as I peruse the latest news online and gradually slip into the challenging work of tapping on my computer keyboard until the afternoon dogwalk in the park sometime around 4:30...
I'm now convinced that another addition to my luggage should be a good supply of Epsom salts.
I'm due for my second round of shots for Hepatitis A & B, and have been encouraged to get the H1N1 vaccine but the timing couldn't be worse and the fear of standing in an endless line is more daunting than the fear of getting the flu!
But I'm starting to get quite excited about this trip, checking out more sites about Thailand and possible destinations after the build.
A friend of mine sent some pictures of a national park in southern Thailand that look just stunning. How could I NOT go to a place that looks like this?
